CANNOT believe what I read on the conversation in the LEGAL ADVISE AND MATTERS CIRCLE !!
All the men writers seem to be concerned about is:
-the marriage dissolving
-women getting a voice
-women "abusing" their voice
-the marriage dissolving
-"difficulty" for men to be able to survive
-women are criminals looking eagerly for opportunities to commit crimes against men
-women who shot"rape" are akin to prostitutes
-the marriage dissolving
-women only want to harrass men
-India's HERITAGE is at stake
-traditional family "system " and "values" will dissolve
-marital sex and marital rape are co-related and co-exist !!!!
I am seriously horrified at the comments by such a "learned", 'educated" bunch of men!
Not a single one of you has stepped forward and agreed that violence, in ANY FORM, is UNACCEPTABLE!!
RAPE is a VIOLENT ACT!

Millions of married women are victims - across the world!!

Some things as follows- 1. Biggest Problem in the country - POPULATION CONTROL 2. Biggest Killer in the country - HEART & RELATED DISEASES 3. Greatest Strength as well as Weakness of the country - DIVERSITY (UNITY vs DISUNITY) HENCE 1. Unless we control POPULATION, Not much is going to improve in the crime scene, immaterial of who says what! 2. Unless we encourage SPORTS & FITNESS, we will die of weaknesses & also be mentally weak country and tolerate non sense 3. Unless we understand that DIVERSITY gives us multiple perspectives in life as an advantage; unlike us versus them; we will not grow. There have been enough outrage against rape (which is a heinous crime). However Rich & Powerful are unjustly protected by various factors. Due to which the ordinary persons voice is not heard. Arresting the rich & powerful, takes many incidents, examples are- 1. Syed Shahabuddin 2. Asaram 3. Geelani 4. Gurmeet Singh 5. Charles Sobhraj 6. Archana Balmukund Sharma 7. Anjali Makan 8. Bela Aunty - The illicit liquor baron 9. ..... Etc. There is also something called "Mob Mentality". During which no one can control the marauding crowd and things go haywire. Where we are actually stuck up is the corruption in the system which takes a long time to do justice. It is easier for the corrupt people in the system to have females fighting against males & vice-versa. This only helps them elongate the time line for giving justice & earn money while doing absolutely nothing. This justice system includes corrupt people in the- 1. Judiciary 2. Police 3. Administrations 4. Various Organisations which are supposed to give justice, ..etc. Add to this that most of these corrupt systems are under staffed. Even if they try to do things well, there still would be backlogs. This system helps the corrupt to grow up. Please don't carry the impression that it is a male vs female problem. It is a good vs evil problem irrespective of the gender, race, color, ..etc. more

The observations of Ms Lodha made out of various deliberations & comments offered on the subject matter from time to time by the members of the Circle, particularly the male members, ought to be out of an outrageous illusion against the community (male) as a whole. The allegations, as listed by her, are vary serious in nature and defamatory to the male community and need to be resisted. An open discussion on any issue taking pros & cons into account does not make any one supporter or hostile towards anything or any one. Will Ms Lodha take some pains in listing out those directly or indirectly supported "rape, women atrocity, any inhumane acts towards women, use of slang languages, accusation etc."? On the contrary, majority of the allegations listed out by her appear to be out of complexity. Surprisingly, none of our female members have, so far, come out in support of the observations made by Ms Lodha. more

If education was not neglected from 80s /wrong-routed to be far away from the general public since1990 opting uncodified & unregulated Privatization making education not accessible ;;;;; the 2014 results for the political change should have been taken place in place decades back demanding appropriately objected laws of Constitution .
