I think this is a great idea. So everyone pays gst monthly but files quarterly returns and hence less paperwork and ca fee. Govt systems can also handle load. What is the negative of it? more
I agree. Govt gets regular revenue and businesses get more time to file returns. This will work better if everyone uploads GSTR 1 data at regular intervals (e.g. daily/weekly etc.) so that the load on the network & server is distributed over a longer time frame instead of waiting for the last date. more
