Charge CM Punjab for homicide

See attached what is happening in Bhatinda just a few hours back. If any senior citizen or child or immunocompromised person dies in Delhi, tell me why bhagwant mann CM Punjab should not be booked for murder.

He had all the time since march, but he was busy getting married, doing garbas and getting high in frankfurt (getting booted from flight). Such a shame he is and the same is starting to now apply for Arvind Kejriwal who picked him and then didnt hold him accountable.

Central Govt ministers many of them are also behaving like indifferent fools posting images and videos of Delhi. What did you all do, talk about that instead buffoons. more

Everyone tries to blame other for environment pollution. 80% homes, shops, hawkers use dhoop or aggarbattis everyday. Where does all this smoke go ? Peanut hawkers use smoking pot to sell warm peanuts in winter. Add stubble burning and vehicle pollution and it is hell in delhi. There is usually no breeze during winter in Delhi so the smog remains in the city for long periods of time. These are the problems in a megacity like Delhi where everything is centralized. In this age of high tech communication technology and travel facilites, its high time to move out some ministries and government offices out of Delhi to other towns to decongest the capital - lets say shipping ministry and related offices could be moved to a port city, Agriculture and related offices to another town where agriculture is predominant, Environment and forest and related offices to states with more forest coverage. Strangely the Project Tiger office is located in Delhi ! wonder how many tigers are there in Delhi ? Many such Ministries and offices can be moved out of the national capital to decongest the city. Many of the private companies and contractors who maintain liaison work with such ministries offices would naturally move out of Delhi to those towns. A few countries have moved out their capital to a new city for various reasons. So solutions are possible if there is a will to implement it. more
These are all Powerful Lobbies. They including Politicians are taking General Public for a Ride. Delhiwalas must dethrone Kejriwal Govt, if you want Delhi to be pollution Free. This Govt is playing with the Health of Delhiwalas. more
You people from Delhi had encouraged Kejri and company to do all these things. You people did it to get everything free of cost. If not in cash, some sorts of prices needs to be paid for everything! more
Any solution such as happy seeder, or rotavator, requires fuel to run, which makes burning the stubble the cheapest. Governments have a quid pro quo relationship with industry, since they need funds for elections, provided by private capitalists, who in turn benefit from government's policies, such as subsidising diesel that helps increase car sales. Ultimately, while the rich car buyers benefit, the environment suffers. more
You cannot annoy the farmers as they are supported by the politicians and on the other hand farmers want everything for themselves.Suggestion to pay the farmers to stop subbtle burning is being made by the polliticians. more
