There is absolutely no control on high inflation prevalent now, especially on essential food products on which even the poor need depend for basic needs. But the interest rates on Savings n deposits have fallen drastically during the pandemic in particular, which is causing financial hardship spevially to Senior Citizens who depend on the interest income on their savings and Bank deposits. Either inflation rates must be controlled effectively for the good of all or interest rates must prevail commensurately. more

yes that is true what Rana says unless govt takes necessary actions to ensure that it is passed to customers otherwise penalty has to be given then only it will happen. more
