Cheated by honda and honda dealer
Own a Honda WRV and. From the very 1st month onwards facing less ac cooling issue Service center not even bother to solve the issue and instead cheated us by filling gas refrigirant beyond standard limits of 450gm. To. 710gm. And gave a fake report to us.
Now this has caused. Certain problem to the car. And. Would like to have my car replaced or refunded

My advice: Lesson No. 1: All business people try to maximise profits by hook or crook. Never depend on them! Lesson No. 2: Whenever a merchant plays foul, take him to the District Consumer Forum. That is the only way that cheats can be taught lessons. I have fought 27 consumer case; WON 22 cases and 5 are in progress!! I plead all my cases myself. Lesson No. 3: Do not engage lawyers. Their charges are very high--- Rs 10, 000/- or so per case. Lesson No. 4: Do not feel afraid to go to court. You can argue your own case / family's case. Some minor guidance in filing the complaint, affidavits are required. Buy the bare C.P. Act 1986 only for Rs 90/- or so and go through it. Lesson No. 5: Take help and guidance from the staff/office superintendent in the District Consumer Forum. Here they are very helpful. Lesson No. 6: There are a few procedures to be followed in the consumer court. The office supdt. will tell you about it. Lesson No.7: Go with a positive mind. Produce all documents and SMS messages and telephone calls . Take photo of calls and SMS by a digital camera. If your case is genuine, you are sure to win. Lesson No. 8: Don't expect very high compensation and cost! You may just break even. But this is not the main target.The target is to straighten the corrupt business people who are arrogant and think they are beyond the laws of the land. more

Preserve all the records carefully. First file your complaint with the dealer in writing and obtain his acknowledgement. In case of no reply, approach the manufacturer. THE MOMENT YOU LODGE WITH CONSUMER FORUM THINGS WILL MOVE IN THE DIRECTION YOU HAVE EXPECTED. Please write to the GM of Honda Cars directly. His office will forward it to the appropriate person/division. If no satisfactory reply received, lodge a complaint with the Consumer Court. more
