Cheated by Kurlon
I purchased Dream Sleep Spring Mattress from Kurlon Company. The company boasts you can have very comfortable sleep on it. I find it quite useless. Its worth nothing. I have lost Rs.32,300 on two sets. The company is arrogantly denying its responsibility. I feel defrauded by purchasing. I dont have any option except to throw it.

The chances of cheating by a company which advertises are more. Why should a company advertise if it’s products are better ? So before buying a product, don’t go by advertising but by the feedback from people who have used the product. more

In india which you should be knowing having lived here for such a long time not to be carried by advts in paper/tv etc media since there is no commitment from the advertisers to meet it and they also know it since law is very fragile here and they cannot be caught hence it will be better to take it up with consumer grievance forum and also jago grahak post and keep all the documentation with you to substantiate it more

Advertisements make gimmics and people get swayed away, after the item is purchased. These complaints should be taken into cognigence. more
