Cheated by NoBroker, super relax plan
I have purchased a super relax plan from NoBroker to sell my house in Bangalore. I explained them area and details of the house. The sales people were confident that in three months they can definitely sell. After paying money they assigned someone as Relationship manager saying he is responsible for giving me updates. All updates i got over three months is they find some leads and they are not lifting the phone or changed their mind. No single customer visited the property in three months. After three months they called me and said plan is expired. I felt cheated and asked for a refund and posted on their Facebook, talked to their sales person who sold this. No reply at all from anyone. I strongly suggest people don't buy any paid services from NoBroker, don't get into the false promises of sales team. Not a single rupee worth. I lost three months rent waiting to sell. Don't know whom i can complain. If anyone cam suggest please contact me. more

will this forum object if someone wants to register his or her property for sale directly to buyers wihout involving brokers... a clean deal with all possible papers in tact.. more

Sorry i could not check comments earlier as notifications are off. I paid 13.5k . Why i opted online is , i was not staying in bangalore so it is difficult to find local brokers. I am still looking to sell the house. If any genuine agents are here please contact me. more

even i plan to post my PLOT FOR SALE here in this useful forum for some genuine buyers to contact.. best to avoid brokers of any sort.. more

may be you should share complete details on this forum and also LINKED-IN . use the term. BROKERS EXCUSE. only GENUINE BUYERS SOLICITED.. best way to sell a clean decent property..
