Thanks. You have done a nice thing to bring the limelight of case through consumer ratings. The case may be forwarded to Commercial Tax Department whose duty is to compile with DC & Invoice(Cash Memo) based on the payment of service tax during that period and catch the pinhole of the defect. There are many such genuine cases which are lingering in the court for justice. India got freedom in the year 1947 but the people of India does not feel a sense of freedom due to corruption in education, commercial, social and in all spheres of life. Even Law and Order and Constitution is also having lots of loopholes to bring in correct formation so that society should be clean and fearlessly move the public with genuine way. But the present Prime Minister is entirely different from previous all the PMs. We all should have to support him for clean governance. He along with his team is doing the best to bring full fledged freedom where real talent will be recognized and honestly should be rewarded. more

Dear Surya Prakash rao, Remember that most of the car dealers operating on big brands are basically outsourced car brokers. Therefore always get the car you want to buy by your local mechanic and do not believe the so called big brands blindly. Most of them buy cars at rock bottom price in exchange schemes and pass them on as in good condition with guarantee that many a times remains only on paper. more

Dear Sri Surya, Pl check whether you have signed any documents with True value cars before purchase. If so please go thru the same. As a lawyer you would have done that. Now please take up your case thru the forum strongly even if it takes more time. Most of the Sellers are of the opinion that Purchaser will lose patience in dealing with this type of crimes and hence they can easily get away with this attitude of general public. more
