I am using Airtel 4g for more than 1 year.
I am using 10 GB unlimited plan where in once 10 GB data is consumed than speed is reduced to 56kbps. Last night I received message that I have consumed 10 GB of data and it stops working. It is not allowing me to open any page. It brings me to Airtel page where I was asked to purchase smart bytes data. While even if 10 GB data is consumed, it should allow me to traverse any page but with reduced speed. I did reahed to Airtel customer care but they were trying to force me to purchase smart bytes to resume my net service. After a long discussion they file ylthe complain with turn around time of 4 days.

Even I am observing that they wrongly deduduct data. When I was using Vodafone 3g prepaid, for same net usage behavior I only used to consume 2 GB but in case of Airtel it always around 6 GB.
I believe many of you using Airte would have observed/ experienced it.
Please share your thoughts/ comments on this to spread awareness among this gimics of Airtel 4G more
