Cheating by club mahindra to its members
CLUB MAHINDRA IS A FRAUD COMPANY.Taking HARD EARNED MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE And fooling the common man. DON'T BECOME A MEMBER OF THIS CLUB MAHINDRA AND SQUANDER YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
I became a VICTIM of Club Mahindra 2007 by paying a hefty sum for studio with kitchenette getting assurance of a studio with kitchenette for me and my family when I need it and of course, a good service from their staff. I Used to pay ASF of Rs.13,000 and odd regularly and even after paying so much, I don't get a studio with kitchenette when I need and most of the new resorts don't have a kitchenette and even the ones which have they try to avoid it .We had booked our holidays 3 months ago from 31 march to 3April which is a lean period .When we contacted 10 days ago they will be providing us with studio with kitchenette .On talking to them today they said that may not be able to provide us with studio with kitchenette .Every time we have to beg and plead for what is our right as per the assurances given at the time of becoming a member. They are only interested in renting rooms to outsiders for a hefty sum depriving the members of their rights. GOVT .SHOULD LOOK INTO THE ACTIVITIES OF SUCH CLUBS whether they are meeting the promises made to the members and action should be taken for selling the resort rooms to outsiders such as make my trip ,trip advisor and depriving the members of their legitimate rights more

club mahindra and several others - Well Organized Organizations to abstract the easy money by not resolving - BUT making more hurdles at Nick of time, well knowing that the customer can be compailed to oblige. The Need of the time is to have mechanism for speedy and hassle free grievance redress-al, which is presently lacking. Should the Members can contribute their views in these lines will be certainly helpful to all. So also the remedies. more

court complain and EOW complain must be given so that court can give orders to block the clubs future membership and freeze assets and Bank Accounts. I am originally offered Mahableshwar membership, after making 3 installment they informed that I should take Lonaval as Mahableshwar will take more time, once it is ready then they will transfer me to Mahabaleshwar. But nothing happened. I stopped paying balance 3 installment and they blocked my account. Then they offered me settlement and refund of money, but they never paid. In short they cheat, then the clients are forced to go to court, and they know that the case may take 5 to 15 years, and till then they will enjoy yhe money, and when the case is nearing they will offer settlement. Must file winding up petition in the court, or do PIL. more

Dear Mr Aiyub Patel, Club Mahindra has been a cheating company from the begining. I am also a member of Club Mahindra, and whenever you ask for a reservation, it is not available. If you a White or Blue member, they tell you to upgrade to Red and assure you of availability. However you being a Purple member, you should get a reservation any time you ask for. Club Mahindra, changes its policies without asking its members their views, and eventhough we pay our ASF regularly, rooms are easily made available to outsiders who are non members for Cash. more
