Cheating by eminent Bangalore Builder - SALARPURIA
Salarpuria Sattva, a Bangalore based builder, is cheating the consumers of their flagship project "Salarpuria Greenage" by not giving them (i) Khatha Transfer (mutation) as they have not paid the "Bettement Charges" for land conversion (ii) Not giving them drinking water connection although they have taken money from all the buyers the deposit for BWSSB (iii) Not giving them all the 100+ amenities those were promised at the time of sale of the properties (iv) Not giving the hand over of Facility Management Services to "GOA" (GREENAGE OWNER'S ASSOCIATION) which is as per the signed "DEED OF DECLARATION". There are cases of thefts getting reported almost once every alternate month, child molestation case filed inside the project area for phase 2 expansion - yet no action is being taken by Administration despite several complaints. What can be the recourse? more

All most all builders of Bangalore irrespective of repute or not are 420's and they never issue Khata and OC which are must for legal ownership of the flats, they cannot issue becos most of them have built their flats either on disputed land or govt lands or without conversion. becos for conversion they need to pay hefty betterment charges in actuals. So we socalled well educated/doctorate, philosophers, foreign returned, NRI's are all fell gimmick with the brand name and final end up like this frustarated !! file a case as suggested but in reality these goons are all backed by political goons again !!!! more

In addition to the measures suggested by eminent members of the local circle, kindly widely publicize the names and designations of Board Members of the builders with very specific reference to any political leader associated with this builder. Every one involved in this cheating act directly or indirectly shall be fully exposed and their image shall be tarnished. Always hit such people where it hurts and it hurts most- below the belt!!! more

A number of residents have banded together in Noida. Different groups for different construction projects. They have filed cases and won some significant benefits. Supertech has as per today's paper been forced to handover the maintenance to the elected RWA of some 300 residents. Maybe a class action is determined so I suggest GOA should file a class action suit in the court in addition to protesting to the local authorities. more
