Cheating by Kohler india
The product purchased from Kohler india has 10 years of warranty. Now the product has some an issues. Kohler india has refused to give warranty. According to them the product has only 3 years of warranty. more

Please share the warranty card with the service representative. Also visit the retailer from where you bought this product and ask him to resolve the issue. I think the connecting pipes are not covered in the warranty. Only the faucet is covered. Better to find out Kohler specific warranty and take action accordingly. more

Simply, give one notice to the company attaching their warranty certificate. If the matter is not resolved, please file a complaint in the Consumer redressal Forum. more

Only consumer court help on this. Before that write a mail to company and keep the complain to produce on court. more

DEAR MANIK BABU,such cheating has become common...and we need to do our best to nab such BUSINESS HOUSES.To start with please get guided by the NATIONAL HELP LINE FOR THE CONSUMERS 1600 11 4000.THEN,file a GD with the local POLICE STATION with details of this facts that the SELLER IS NOT HONOURING THEIR PRINTED/COMMITTED obligation.Then send the acknowledged copy to the H O of the company(Pleas use SPEED POST WITH AD) .You may get your case printed on ther leading NEWS PAPERS.We are sure that your grievances will be addressed.With regards.BN DAS more
