CHEATING BY LAVA MOBILES
I had given my cell LAVA X2 ATOM EMI NO 911451404538665 to the authorised service centre of the company M/s Arun Enterprise address FB 51 Narayan Tala (west) Baguihati Chawal Patti Kolkata 700059 vide their service memo no 810 dt 22.12.2015
They had assured that the said cell would be repaired and given back within 72 hrs . after repeated visit and call today they refused to return the said cell . further they threatened that if i go to their shop to take back my cell they would beat me and i should be prepaired for dire consiquences . Further they also threatened me that subkect to any complaint made by me the would destroy and due major defects in my cell so that it is not workable .
We had approached the company by mail on 29.12.2015 and the company to is silent on the issue and giving support and shelter to the service centre .
This is a clear case of cheating and threatening u/s section 420 / 120B / 419 / 421
An FIR may be registered against the said company and the service centre and the owners and Directors for the same

Due to the worthless, spineless and useless politicians and irresponsible authorities all the standards are very rapidly deteriorating and, unless the public becomes aware of this and do the needful immediately our country certainly goes to dogs very quickly. amsharma more

Dear Lokesh: Please do not lose your head.....You stand to lose your new Lava mobile if you act in haste. Please take the following steps..1. please go thru the literature of the mobile and find out their India Corporate office along with their CEO's name( if possible.) 2. Get the name of the Agent thru whom you had bought the LAVA mobile. 3. Generate Xerox copies of your Cash memo, Service Center Report, Warranty card etc. 4. Now hire a good Criminal Lawyer and file a Criminal case of Cheating implicating Lava CEO by name, the Service Center CEO by name and arrange send a Court summons for personal appearance. Get the case adjourned when it comes up for hearing so that the CEO of LAVA has to come again for personal appearance when the summons is issued to him again. This is just to harass the LAVA CEO..!!.. 5. Make sure that your personal safety is well protected since it is Kolkata ( if Arun enterprises is Trinamool Congress supporter, you get CPM people to protect you and vice versa...!!..) Lava will come to a settlement soon. Make sure you ask for the full refund plus some additional damages for harassment. You can donate the harassment money to charities if you do need one but, make sure to ask for one..!!.. more
