Cheating by Make My Trip
I have booked an online family trip through Make My Trip for corbett and nainital this week , I was assured a good stay with the words Sir, You will be happy but to my dismay it was only a promise made but Make my trip sales executive .
It's a worst trip I ever been, despite facing challenges at Corbett, I was quite optimistic that Nanital hotel would be good, to my dismay Hotel Monal Inn Provided by them is an under construction property, it becomes very embarrassing for me and my family, while speaking with hotel number provided by them, they put us an guest house type property Himalayan which is just a guest house, No one from Make my trip bothered , I tried calling them again & again , mails also ..Am planning to log my complaint under CPA Sec 2(1)g.

This is a common feature in the present circumstance and exploit the travellers. The travel agents assures something, which they hardly fulfill. Be cautious while dealing with them.

As per my experience this organisation is started and run by retired or proxy of working aviation/pilots.

Make My Trip is the biggest cheater of all tourism companies. It makes tall promises but breaks them. We had been on a Europe trip with them. It was one of the worst trips ever. The food provided was so bad and the company just did not care. We had no time or option to even walk the streets of Paris and one entire day was spent in travelling from Paris to Switzerland!!!! Never book with them ever. I have even sent them my feedback to this effect.

Initiate immediate legal actions against "Make my trip" in the Consumer Court after serving them a proper legal notice. Also ask them to re-frame their name as "Make My Trip Hell" which will be most apt for them considering their proven track-record!
