Cheating by PayTm
PayTM is really taking its customers for a ride. I had booked a 2tier AC ticket on IRCTC from CSTM to Agra. Later on I cancelled it and asked for refund. At this time I had not completed my KYC, hence PayTM replied that the amount would be deposited in my bank account. I finished my KYC and informed PayTM. Now it is more than 25 days( all during Sept 2021) but my money amounting to Rs 4780 is still pending. I wrote to the CEO- Mr VS Sharma- but no response. It is impossible to call and talk to anyone in PayTM. I have also written to their COO but again no answer.

PayTM is a popular mode of payment and delay or difficulties in refund or clarification is not expected from the company. more

Mr Praveen Kumar. Please check up your wallet at Paytm. Your refund from Rlys might be credited in your Paytm wallet. If yes, you may transfer the money to your own bank account or may use for money in your wallet for payments. more

dont use payTM, even I transferred money to a paytm mobile number and later came to know that they have closed the paytm account. In this case PayTM should have returns money to my account back but it is now in SUSPENSE and my money is lost and the receiver also did not get money. How did PayTM accept money if the account is closed. more

If your account details are updated then wait for 30/45 days for the refund to reflect in your account. You can try and chat with the customer service executive so that you have a proof of the conversation. Try it, should work! more
