Cheating by Shopclues.com
Shopclues.com is constantly selling counterfeit products and consumer organizations are doing nothing about it. I ordered an Intex headset with microphone from them and it does not work and the Intex manufacturer says the product is counterfeit hence out of warranty from day one. DigitalIndia initiative is also a scam which allows companies like shopclues to operate blatantly. One can go to their Facebook page and see how many others too they cheated to the tune of crores of rupees!!! more

Please report to consumer court they will take this issue very strongly and close these online shopping outlets. Consumer courts are very prompt in response. Don't think for tomorrow do it today more

In any e-commerce marketplace portal like flipkart, snapdeal and shopclue etc there are many sellers involved to sale there products. Now while the time of registration in snapdeal, flipkart or xyz, seller declare the genuinity of the product. But by complaining and giving real pictures to them you can easily take your refund back or replace the item. In the worst case they will black list or block the particular seller. I have changed my items so many times.. no doubt shopclues is not at all a place to buy electronics items. Since Copy or replicas are in the market you cant make it much difference in real and copy. And those replicas are not only for electronics but for branded watches, bags, shoes etc. more

I have also been cheated by snapdeal, I ordered the item by paying upfront online, it took them 2 months with my repetitive complaints and tracking, finally the product got cancelled and there is no refund from last 9 months. Whenever I call they just say you would not have to call anymore and the refund status remains the same.(Not refunded). There should be a institution who should check such frauds by these fraudulent companies and fine them heavily so that no such company dare to do such things. more

Cheating, forgery and other such crime should be treated with heavy penalty like non bailable offence and 10 year minimum jail sentence. more
