Cheating from Spice Jet
Spice jet has cancelled my flight from Kolkata to Chennai , but did not refund my ticket amount. The credit shell balance is empty. I have tried to reach the customer service many times, but in vain. What to do?? more

None of the airlines, domestic or international, has made any refund of tickets cancelled because of Covid19. They are, however, extending the facility of undertaking travel on a future date of your convenience within a specified date. more

They are the characteristic qualities of private companies. they are always available but when you need they are not available. Ghar ka khana and baahar ka khana. more

Please lodge your complain and wait, the matter will be informed. Else, you can file a complaint to DGCA and Ministry of Aviation. more

Such incidences are nothing unusual as sudden lockdown flattened all business. Company is taking time to restore the normalancy. However; rules & regulations permit your refund, hopefully it will be given. Till that time keep touch. more
