Chevrolet ENJOY car
I purchased New ENJOY car only 13 months back. The engine raises speed without accelerating right from the first month of purchase. It could cause serious accident. I have reported to the GM Noida, their dealers in Mumbai, but they are not able to repair it. I have been complaining about it but the reputed company like General Motors is not bothered about it. Can anyone help. more

Please send a Regd. Notice with 15 days time to the company in their available address and in case it is heard, please file a consumer case. more

Wrong. Unless u have evidence to prove the defect, legal notice / consumer case won't help. more

Dear Mr. Girdhari Luthria, Some corrections in above conversation. The Consumer complaint in the forum Prescribed the Fees, Usually it is Rs. 500 and NOT Rs. 100 by way of DD in favour of the Respect to concern Forum. Else your complaint will either NOT accepted &/or there will be quarry pending which mostly you have to explore and rectify on your OWN. If it is in Mumbai - I can help you to the extend. more
