Chhayos’ unsafe food practices

Chains like chhayos are following unsafe food practices by heating food in plastic containers in microwave ovens (attached picture). Staff in DLF mall of india has no training on unsafe food practices. Store has no fssai certificate. Super hot food they then pack in plastic and give to consumers.

Fssai should either make training mandatory, order removal of stopping such unsafe food practices or withdraw license given to chhayos. more

A notice may be served on DLF mall to follow certain good practices laid down by municipal authorities on food safety & packaging with a heavy monetary penalty/suspension/closure of the shop. more
Before FSSAI issuing License to Chhayos’ authority should be checked their facilities and if that was was not done, Law should punish them, because then they are the Principal 1 conspirator to create health hazards. more
Plastic in food industry is mainly used in shrink wrapping or over wrapping of food already packed i containers ( bottles or pouches). Directly packing food must always be done ,only on materials with NSF certification( certified for incidental contact with food H1). This applies for everything ( containers, aseptic filler bags, lubricants etc) more
Where is the data / report on safety (or lack of it) of food heated in MWO in plastic containers ? more
