Chief of Delhi Police refused to give list of pending criminal cases against women harrasments because Delhi police does not report to Delhi Government. Chief of Delhi Police also refused to send such list to Central Govt. since PM has no time to devote on such issues.
ACB which was constituted to work under Delhi Govt. in cases against corruption has now LG nominated Chief who has already refused to report to the Delhi Govt and has declared that he is answerable to LG only. As a result, ACB has booked not a single case of corruption since new chief has taken over. To keep the corrupts away from the reach of Delhi Govt., new chief of ACB has scrapped help line no 1031without any information to Delhi Govt inspite of the fact that it was started by Delhi Govt. and became a huge success. Further, new ACB chief wants to transfer all corruption complaints against police from ACB to Delhi police for any further action. LG must abolish ACB to avoid duplicacy if both ACB and Delhi police have to perform same function and report to LG, the same agency.
LG also wants to nominate DCW chief who can focus more against Somnath Bharti and Kumar Vishwas instead of focussing on crimes against Delhi women at large.
Delhi police considers Kejriwal's remark "Thulla" as more criminal than Menakshi's murder by stabbing 32 times in public view. It is not interested to arrest both brothers involved in the stabbing and their mother irrespective of witnesses but wasted no time to file a case in the court for calling Thulla and will not waste a single minute to arrest Delhi CM.
Now, Delhi police, ACB chief and DCW chief all will be assigned only one task as to how to make Delhi Govt. non functional and ineffective.
Those accusing Kejriwal of fighting all the time with LG/ Police must realise how Delhi Govt has been made toothless by withdrawing all powers from Delhi Govt. Lets take simple example of this rainy season. It is being reported that in Gujrat 22 people died due to Rains. Why a single person did not die in Delhi or Bihar or Jharkhand or Maharastra etc due to Rains. It means the infrastructure in Gujarat is not good enough as claimed by Modi jee. He could not make it better in 15 long years and In Ahmedabad alone 6 people died which is supposed to be and posh urban area and now he wants 25 years in India to rule to change something or bring "Acche Din" as claimed by Amit Shah. Have you even heard or seen him giving figures in his speech. No never he never says how much electricity will come from Nepal or any other place, whereas our Great Kejrival always gives figures and not from Papers/documents but from his finger tips on any subject. Thats is the difference between the two , One is Master of all other is Jack of all master of none.. more

IN THIS WAY WATER & ELECTRICITY CONSERVATION HAS TAKEN PLACE TO A GREAT DEAL, WHICH HAS GONE ON RECORD. I think my friend Shri Sunil Dutt Agrawal has been swept the publicity and propaganda and big claims made by AAP. I may say that Kejriwal has been playing his cards well and putting all the blames for the failures on the Central Government, particularly Mr Modi the P.M., as the P.M. has nothing more to do than putting barriers against AAP Government. Since taking over as the CM he has declared free water for those who consume less than 700ltrs per day and 50% reduction in the electricity rates for the people who consume less than 400 units per month ( which is against his promise to reduce electricity rates by 50% for all). So far as the subsidy for water is concerned, it is useless for the colonies/societies/areas, where the residents are not getting water to meet their minimum water requirements. He is playing a blame game only. People would judge his performance after his term as CM. I have no doubt that he may be successful again to win elections because of his shrewd strategy and false promises, his blame game, where he does not stand to loose anything more
