Child dental problem

My daughter who is 6 yr old is having decay in one of her tooth(molar) which is situated at upper right side. This is very alarming for us as I haven't heard about tooth decay in small kid. Please suggest whether a there are specialist pediatric dentist or general dentist will also good enough. more

@Vijay Sharma All the teeth that r there till 5.5 yrs get replaced.. As for molars specifically, they r there in milk teeth and r also replaced by the age of 12-13 yrs. more

@Pankaj Thanks Pankaj. Just a small query. Does molar also gets replaced with the age as is the case with the incisors teeth. I am more concerned if these teeth(Molars) are not the one which one gets new after few years. more
