Children and Fathers are badly harassed in the matrimonial disputes.
It is so pathetic that almost every father has faced it.
Please check the video and appeal to the law minister to stop the perversion of law.

This is not only an illegal act, but also a violation of the Rights of the children and the father. It spoils the future of the child to be forced to stay with an abusive mother.

Instead of giving such blatant preference to working women, and not taking care of sensitivities of children, The systems should understand that both parents are required. more

The mis use of laws makes it difficult to restore the basic rights of the child. The laws which were meant to protect women, are misused to commit further polarized societies. more

Courts recently only recognizing the preference of Children. But still, Laws are such still, that every one should go to court, engage a prominent lawyer if the Male Spouse i.e., Father wants the Child .

Women special provisions and concessions were set in the laws of first decade based in the then status of women in the Society. This has been changing a lot after 95, particularly since 2006 . There are some in the society of such individualism WHILE MAXIMUM WOMEN SOCIETY IS STILL IN THE SAME STATUS OF SOCIAL AND MORAL PRACTICES OF THE 1st Decade. Individuals as well as Government need to change certain potions of the laws to prevent breaking Family like the issue of Break India that was even printed as a Book cautioning for the future . more

A Governor having vast experience in rule and society commented on the part of Mothers of Female Spouses who are daily engaged in phone interventions even in Food items, house hold and other routines of that New Family . He also questioned ' Why we do not think that our daughters also get on like we had being the new couple in those days ? . Why we doubt our daughter' s efficiency ? Why don't we realize that others also treat the daughter-in-law the way we treat ? AND SO ON ' while addressing on a UGADI FESTIVE gathering .
