Yes surely they can. But in order to learn manual dextrity use of manual tooth brush is equally recommended . Studies have shown that electronic toothbrushes don't have any more significant cleaning efficiency in comparison to manual toothbrushes if used appropiately Regards-Dr.Kumar. more
