It may be so that someone has been arrested for the crime. But at the end there is little chance that something concrete will come out.
More important is to consider why crime is increasing so fast in Gurgaon and other areas of NCR. It may be so in other places too. But media do not focus on them and we remain uninformed.
Main reason is the Corruption prevalent in the Police System. Also, other systems are not free from corruption. But the police system matters most as common citizens come face to face with them on daily basis.
Everyone feels that the Police can be bought easily. We see it happening all day in our day to day life. Bribe is collected freely by Police persons, no action is taken on complaints etc. till money is paid or PRESSURE is brought from 'ABOVE'. At times PUBLIC PRESSURE show some results as in the present case. But the result will remain same. After some time the matter will be forgotten and the SCHOOL responsible for murder will never be punished. After all the School Administrations have very strong (better call INTIMATE) relationship with those who matter in our system.
Even the accused may come out free after few years as the case will linger for decades in the courts and the family will lose patience to follow the matter. Even the witnesses may not be available after sometime. more

Government must make it mandatory for all Public and Private School's and College's in India to install CCTV camera in class room's, in School /College premises and at entrance and same should be linked with Government Educational Department so that Government can easily monitor the Teacher's if involved in child abuse case and any criminal activity conducted in School or College premise's. The CCTV can also be linked with local Police Stations using advance technology and can be used for online digital surveillance to keep a Tab on crime in School premises. If Roads can be monitored using CCTV camera 24/7 then Why not Schools/ Colleges. The video footage can be used as proof to lodge case against teacher's and criminals under Child Protection Act. Please do not consider CCTV as crime hunter ? In my experience it does nothing more than increase the daily expenditure due to reasons like item is imported, spares are not available, poor maintenance, costly maitenance and corruption in both maintenance and purchase more

The Diluted and Diversified Policing caused due to the Politically backed wealthy score the Topest cause of many issues of Law & Order misuse , revolts , retaliations and Crimes those are increasing since last 2 1/2 decades and our concluded white paper is still at the mercy of high level VIPs . Rapes of old , teens and minors even those of 5 to 8 years , Acid Attacks by men & Women , Divorces in the Educated Employees have been increasing challengingly since 2010 . POLICING IS TO BE CENTRALIZED INDEPENDENT LIKE INDIAN MILITARY TO SET RIGHT THE CHANGING WAY OF LIFE . more

Very shocking and sad incident. There are many reasons for such cases. The overall decline of moral values of the society is the root cause. The focus of school management is Profit Making. It is not the case of samaj seva any more. The teacher is a money earning machine with dedication to his profession. Less said for the class IV staff. Corrupt police, godman and politicians. We can keep of blaming all and sundry. But what is the solution? more

In the first place, I wont agree that crime has gone high now a days in Gurugram. It was there as I know from 1970s, but unreported due to media's absence of attention. Similarly, such incidents are happening at other places also, but remained unreported. Instead of such lengthy posts and pomp of Government to appear it is working, what is needed is not done. We need to bring attitudinal changes of society. Best thing is educating from primary standard onwards on ethics, morality and public behaviour. Why we see a movie with hero having lip lock kisses, young generation is affected since media is very powerful to influence the adolescent and youth behaviour. Even for Swachh bharat also, bring attitudinal change first through education and awareness creation and do remaining things. Till then, it will be one of the vote catching formula of ruling party. Educational movies are needed, but not nude/semi nude with body exposure dancing or lip lock kiss movies. The actors need to be penalized for such actions including the movie directors. My comments may not be palatable and bitter, but truthful facts. Please search your heart for the truthfullness. more
