China - India going head on

Chinese hackers found to be behind ransomware attack on AIIMS server and compromise data of 4 crore Indians.

Initial probe reveals involvement of Chinese hackers and it appears to be a planned ransomware attack on server at AIIMS. Giving an update on the incident, AIIMS yesterday said that the National Informatics Centre team suspect it to be a ransomware attack. Today, the Delhi Police registered a criminal case and will investigate the attack.

This is ridiculous. Govt should ban all chinese entities in India and freeze their bank accounts till chinese govt acts against these crooks.

They know they cant do anything against their own govt or their foot will be in their mouth. For all u know is is being done for chinese govt.

It is time to quickly root cause and act.

Other than life saving medicines and raw materials every shipment can be put on hold till this is sorted more

Modi government seems to favour chinese entities against Indian ones. All our policies like EVs, solar power and LED lamps are meant to benefit the chinese. Even most drug formulations are not made here. In addition all these quick loan scams are of chinese origin. This government seems to be nothing more than a paper tiger more
AIIMS are in fault too. With increasing cyber attacks, one should always keep their security posture up-to-date. Most of govt. entities lack that and when it comes to deploying latest defense mechanism, they're always on negotiating end. Today the attack is from China, tomorrow it could be from anywhere. And the IPs can not even be traceable. more
Is it so difficult to list the Importers of goods from China? Accepting the 'Local Circles' demand, a no. of e-commerce platforms are declaring the country of origin of the products being sold. more
Yet almost all of us own Chinese made equipment like TVs and Mobile Phones...... WHY? Who are the real fools? The Chinese or the Indians? more
We need cyber army and cyber police more than regular army or police. On 26-Nov-2022 6:21 pm, Kalyani Verma wrote: more
