Cholinergic Urticaria

My son age 17 years, often get very itchy when he eats hot or spicy food,anxious or excited , nervous or panic .- is there a permanent cure to the said problem . The itching subsides as quickly as it comes on drinking cold water or washing with cold /normal water.
( we got the above name "Cholinergic Urticaria" from internet)
Guidance from experts are sought ASAP. more
