First of all the authenticity of RWA have to be established because most of the RWAs are functioning as employment Venus for unemployed and those trying to make extra income. Keeping accounts in line, submission of audit reports, even following of procedure to make rules are not in practice. There is no punishment for guilty of eating away the collected funds.
