Dear Rajendra ji No reply/response/acknowledgement received to my mail of 22 June. I wish you make it a two way communication and, if it remains only one way process in which people give their suggestions and receive no response, gradually many may feel tired and disinterested. MNREGA needs to be eliminated and money saved needs to be used for skills development. Train them to earn rather than feed them every year. more  
Govt.should rethink on the MNERGA , all indian small & medium scale industry is suffering with the labour problem after the introduction of MNERGA ,so, it will be better to divert the MNERGA labour to Industry which will boost the growth rate of industry . I think that there is no unemployment problem in india but Only problem is to motivate the peoples to work hard. more
