Indian Railways has agreed it will reserve lower & side lower berths for Senior citizens, disabled people & pregnant women.
6 to 7 lower berths in sleeper classes, 4 to 5 lower berths in 3-tier AC coaches and 3 to 4 lower berths in 2-tier AC coaches will be reserved for Senior citizens.
Keep these reality based surveys without sugar coating going and Govt will be forced to act.

If already implemented, public wold know, if proper timely advertisement are released. Railways and IRCTC should make availability of modified reservation forms in all reservation centers, so that, those passangers needs to avail the facility, can either benefits of lower seats. more

dear prajith it is not impractical at least to begin with they can start with 20-25% and see how is the rush.Also for your information there is no concessions given to sr citizens after the covid break and it is still not restored. more

The principle of equality in treatment for the allotment of more comfortable should not be diluted to the extent that it becomes becomes patently absurd. more
