Citibank malpractice on redemeption
citibank seems to intentionally be fooling around with its account holders. When you click on redeem points, it logs the member out. So u may have 20000 points but they are mo good. Been like this for 4 months more

had deposited the cheque at citi bank the same branch cheque directly 03.09.2015 but cleared on 11.09.2015 pre closing the citi bank personal loan. the citi bank has deliberately not cleared the cheque on time, in order to collect Interest for a few more days. citi Bank is atrocious and clearly amounts to Unfair Trade Practice, apart from gross deficiency service , i had heavy loss. more

Call Citi every month around the 15th and ask them to adjust your next bill against your points. more
