City wise Manifesto
UP citizen manifesto is fine but if you want real change than new MLAs and corresponding DMs need to lead district level manifesto where both DM and elected MLA must respond to public. It happens well in Noida where I live as far as DM is concerned, the elected MLA did not even know how to use computer, let alone connect. Everyone should ensure their area mla and dm are part of such community citces and connect with public. more

Basically it should be the duty of Heads of Nagar Nigam, Awas Vikas Parishad and GDA in case of Ghaziabad to draw a road map / a city manifesto for maintenance and development of Ghaziabad. But unfortunately non of them feel responsible for their jobs and responsibilities and the staff working under them is most corrupt. Just to maintain the worst arterial roads of Ghaziabad, what they need is to have a repairing squad only which can go on filling pits properly with Bitumen and pebbles and reconstruct the patches of roads which are very bad and have pits all along.But they won't initiate any action as they too might be looking for grafts or money in each activity. Don't these buggers know the condition of roads or drains or power poles in the towns. Theft of power is in connivance with State Electricity Boards in each Mohalla and Society, why, because they get Rs 100-200 Per month from each of 'Katia thieves'. Further the Muslim areas probably don't pay any bills at all because of some bastard ministers and CMs we had who have allowed freebees to them being Vote Banks. We hope some improvement will come with the new Govt in UP as earlier it was a total jangal raj and corrupt regime. Unless people like Abdul Samad , DM, MLA, MP and GDA Chairman are made accountable, nothing will happen. Theyshould seriously take up the problems one by one and resolve them fully. more

I have read all the posts by persons on various subjects. All the problems are genuine.But persons on the circle are digital and can communicate. But DM and other officers are educated and handle the public through their machinery which is not as updated and educated. Further use of mobile has become common mode of communication. Whaatsap suits people and has been readily accepted Our Local Parshads/ MLAs/ Even some Ministers are not all that digital but are more closer to people and problems faced by most people. So considering all this we educated people must give some time to educate people and deal with these Government machinery to convey problems to them. Social awakening is the biggest need. Since we have allowed population to increase unbridled we have 1300 Millions and mostly uneducated/ lesser educated besides poverty and to sustain this type of population in our Democracy is just not sustainable. With time passing problems are going to only increase unless we strictly employ population control with maximum one child policy otherwise we are simply doomed. more
