Since six months I am not feeling well and not looking mails of Transforming India, Legal advice and Matters, and 3 other Circles. Now I am not able to login to these circles and also not getting Posts and Mails. Please verify and rectify any fault. more

Justice delay started from 1975 under Congress Rule. H'ble SC notified in 1987. But still unsolved. As at 2018 many States carry above a lakh pending Cases and above 2 Thousand Contempt of Court Cases. This Pitiful Justice delivery System must be Curbed keeping Judiciary sufficient and Adequate . more

इस संदर्भ में आपकी जानकारी मुझसे बहुत ही अधिक है इसलिए मै उस पर बिना किसी टिप्पड़ि के यह कहना चाहता हूँ की जब तक न्यायपालिका की जबाबदेही तय नही होगी और मुक़दमों के निबटान के लिए समय सीमा नही निर्धारित होगी न्यायपालिका में सुधार की सम्भावना काम दिखती है साथ ही जजों की नियुक्ति के लिए एक स्वतंत्र एजेंसी होनी चाहिए more
