Clarification required for Relinquishment Deed( Ladavinama)
One of my property is not registered but having a Relinquishment deed (Ladavinama) which had been executed between property owners and my father. At that time my father purchased the said property and executed Ladavinama but not registered. Now my father had expired and the successor of the property owners(died) are claiming on that by stating that the Ladavinama is not valid as per law. But the possession is still in our hands and paying rent as well. Plz advise what should we do in this scenario.
