cleaning in coaches

I have been recently went on to pilgrimage of Sri Sammed Shikharji (Parasnath) with a Family group of around 32members by Ajmer - Sealdah special train on 21st Nov. and returned on 25th Nov. by Sealdah - Ajmer special train many of my family members were senior citizens . We all were in 3rd AC in different compartments.
It was very disappointing to see condition of coached dirtiness of coaches, lethargic staff not listening to the issues.
I saw that the toilets were equipped even with fragrance dispensers but all were in broken condition door laches broken all toilets were badly smelling and dirty even the walls of the toilets were dirty, you can't touch the same but forced to do so because of the moving train.
Toilets were again and again short of water. wash basin and toilets were always wet. The cleaning staff did cleaning superficially and were most of the time sleeping.
The coach attendant were not taking care of things Most of the members fall sick as the temperature of the coach was not maintained timely like in the evening and night hours.
The given msg number(9200003232) in the coach for cleaning complaint was not in operation as the msg failed to deliver.
We were listening a lot about improvement in the railway services but found that it has been deteriorated and charged very high in the name of special train and no concession to senior citizens.
Is the Railway department/Minister has any thing to say ? more

Railways have so many projects but most of them are Publicity Stunt. Implementation is very Poor. That is why Privatisation is a must. more  
In order to make railways answerable to their committed basic necessities, video shooting of every instance be saved and beamed through social media. The culprits are the concerned officials ,as, they sign contract with agencies,whom, railway officials are sure of their percentage of the contract as kickback. Video shot to be sent to the respective zones, railway board and expose the railways for their failures in maintenance of basic amenities, for which charges collected from passengers. more  
When there is a will then there will be a way. Unfortunately will by Indian Railways is minimum. Cleaning in running trains are out sourced. The person who snatch the outsourcing is a politician and employ persons for a very poor salary and such workers do the least and as a public you do not travel daily. more  
Cleanliness in Rail travel and bus travel is a difficult problem to solve in India due to travelling public mostly and lethargic conservation staff to some extent. Even rules must be rigid on replacement of material as liberal attitude will end up in thefts. more  
Photographs should be taken as proof and matter brought to the notice of Railway Minister more
