DELHI HAS GOT NEARLY 25000 SAFAI KARAMCHARIS AND HARDLY 2500 SQ KMS OF AREA AND THAT MUST BE SITUATION IN EVERY INDIAN TOWN. 1. MUNICIPALITIES MUST COME OUT WITH A SCHEME TO ENSURE TAHT THEIR SAFAI KARAMCHARIS STAY PUT ON THEIR DUTY FOR 8 HOURS, AS YOU AND ME DO, MAY BE IN OTHER OCCUPATIONS OR IN BUSINESS. 2 SAFAI KARAMCHARI IS ONLY PERSON WHO DRAWS SALARY FOR 8 HOURS FROM MCD BUT PUTS IN ONLY ONE HOUR OR SO TO HIS WORK. 3 LET CORPORATIONS ALLOW CITIZENS TO RECORD GARBAGE AND CORPORATIONS TO USE SUCH GARBAGE AS A PROOF OF DERELICTION OF DUTY BY SAFAI KARAMCHARI AND SACK THEM IF VIOLATION FOUND FOR 10TH TIME. 4 IT WILL CREATE LOT OF PROPER EMPLOYMENT, ONLY THOSE WHO DEVOTE FULL EIGHT HOURS WILL JOIN AS SAFAI KARAMCHARI and CITIES WILL BECOME CLEAN AND GREEN 5 ALL OF US CAN RECOLLECT SIMILAR SITUATIONS IN OTHER GOVT DEPARTMENTS WHICH HAVE BECOME BEST OVER THE YEARS JUST BY ENSURING PRESENCE OF ALL THEIR STAFF FOR ALL THE ALLOTTED WORK HOURS more  
Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Making Clean India is a collective action of entire nation. Everybody should become clean conscious. We should learn means and ways to keep all places clean. 1. Avoid littering. Whether it is home, street, office, public place, vehicles or anything else, avoid littering. 2. Understanding the different kinds waste. Segregate them accordingly. 3. Recycling of water system everywhere. It should be a part of our life and part of our home. More attention should be paid to this. 4. Rain harvesting to be part of every home. 5. Should have knowledge of where a city or town or a village’s drainages are ending and how it is affecting the surroundings. 6. Municipalities to clean the roads daily. 7. No mud or soil on either side of the road to be allowed to get collect or stay. 8. Dirt and dust collection bins at equal interval on either side of the road. 9. Once roads are done, no digging of roads for any purpose by any party to be allowed. 10. All works to be pre planned and done before laying a load and asphalting them. 11. Broadcast in radio and TV about the health hazards due to un hygienic and dirty conditions. 12. Small committees can be formed for each street to supervise the cleanliness of roads. 13. Vehicles to have arrangement to collect the dirt particles rising above the ground due to their movement. 14. Builders not to dispose mud and other particle from top floors of the building on to the ground without safety precautions. 15. All houses to be provided with different colour bins for different wastes to be collected. (max 3 to 4) 16. These wastes to be collected periodically by the waste collecting bins. 17. Incase people who do not use the bins for their purpose, concerned people should be told to segregate. After segregation it should collected back in the next collection due date. more

Instill nationalism. It is the responsibility of parents and teachers and religious leaders to carry this campaign. People must know that making anything dirty will incurr huge fines. more
