Public markets are of two types in Indian setting.one is small shops complex in multiple floors selling al consumer articles including ready made clothes electronic ,electrical ,computer accessories.The other is a place selling vegetables,fruits,flowers,meat,fish, poultry. 1-The normal,maintainance of the first one is the duty of individual shop keepers but the premises is left to nobody.This needs attention of municipalities .It is to be made a rule that all common areas of the these complexus need a general maintainance which the shop keepers must ensure and all throw their garbage in the common areas . 2- second type is more difficult as fresh organic matter , meat decay with time and heat . This needs a provision of running water 24x7 for each shop with a huge basin out side the shop or a common area designated to wash vegetables separately and meat ,dairy, fish products separately before it is brought to shops. This market area has to be a covered area for rain ,wind ,snow on all sides with enough space to customers to walk .No bicycles ,two wheelers ,rikshaws must be allowed to selling area The shops back side to have opening t o receive the goods . The Sanitory inspector must levy fine on shops who keep it dirty and who do not dispose garbage daily hourly. All shops must be licensed and numbered . Garbage accumulate very fast and a number of closed huge garbage bins are to be provided for each shop and he should bemade to deposit the garbage bin with wheels at a designated site as when full on the day itself.to be cleared by municipality. Prevention of dogs ,cats in the premises must be endured specially at meat ,fish dairy area.fly mesh on all displayed meat products to be ensured . No spray to be used in that area. Open garbage burning should be prohibited No open drains . A separate public toilet with provision for males and females A huge parking area separately for visitors and sellers must be ensured well away from selling Area. A new model of market as seen in gulf countries can be adopted. more  

Market places need waste dumping grounds/ collecting spots, cleaned hourly/ as desired. more  

All schools must make students clean their classs. Teacher must clean toilets to send the message of cleanliness to students and masses just like Japan more
