Moral science and GK should be taught in school syllabus so that our future generations can understand where the mistakes coming from... Cleaning drive needs definitely citizen participation and support atleast there should be 1 hour or 30minutes Time allocation and Time table among Street residents every month more  
First we have to Ban plastic in all forms. This is creating new sense. We have to have some system of uploading pictures by any one about the situation instead of sending some updates. We should also have some mechanism of identifying and rewarding best person/ team which boosts compitation etc., Presently all Government official are 500% secured job till retirement they have not bothered about any thing. I have seen some station which are privatised in extending service how drama they are doing and the efficiency etc., more  
Let us not blame travellers or rail staff. We were not taught at our school days on cleanliness and public mannerism. Let the school curricula be amended at least now to get gradual change. Rules are often confined to flout them only. They can not bring societal change. more
