Clear hurdles that affects EPF withdrawal.
It seems lot of complaints are brought by local circle members on withdrawal of EPF.
I request the govt. to clear the hurdles facing by employees to with draw their money for their need,other wise the very concept of the saving of their hard earned money is not helped at the time of their need is meaning less.
It is common once employee leaves the job,most of the small pvt.company does not heed their request of EPF withdrawal procedure and drag the time as they like it.
I understand even after govt.declared that employers signature is not required for withdrawal of EPF those who left the job,but still this not in action in some of cases. more

Do not understand why it should be a process with so much of hassles and why cant the government link the PF amount to the PAN number of the employee which has been in use for all income related purposes for such a long time (that I have known!) and make the process of withdrawal of amount simpler. more

dear sir yes true the signature of either present or pas employer is required only.there is help desk & grievance cell to help.even after no body listen then please write complaints at pmo grievance portail. it will help you. more
