Closing a company - Budget 2020 reforrm needed

I want all CAs business owners who have closed a company to share their experiences.

This is a subject that localcircles must take up with Finance Minister as a reform this budget. In face commerce ministry should have been making this happen for the industry but they have failed to do so in 6 years.

Currently if trying to close a company one has to pay bribes in many offices like fcra, income tax, epf, roc and this must stop.

And this is for businesses who are doing all by book. Just things havent gone well or they simply need to shut. Why harrass them like this. more

I agree with Seetharam's proposal. There has to be a limit to giving subsidy. Now a days to catch votes every political parties are giving subsidy and we are lagging in developing infrastructure.Remember subsidy is short term measure whereas developing infrastructure is long term measure. more
Closing any Company needs to go through the present procedure, as it is a source of cheating to the public. more
govt must bring out a white paper on all types of subsidy given before budget so the whole country know how much money is spent on subsidy than for development works more
In India laws are made only to stop the crooks but whilst crooks will find a way to circumvent laws, honest business people find the process too difficult and lengthy and so have to pay a bribe to expedite the matters. Government should make laws that are simple and transparent, that 95% of the businesses can easily comply requiring no middlemen or professionals, unless your matter is unique or complicated. more
Good suggestion, definitely need to be considered and discussed. more
