Clowns in Paradise

Really pissed off. Time is ticking - already effectively, nearly 15% of the 3rd term is over (because you can't do anything in last few months leading up to elections). And the Government appears to have given no serious thought on what they plan to achieve in this term.

It will be a huge missed opportunity if we don't grab this very opportune moment in our history - we have a stable govt, stable macroeconomic conditions, 10+ years of administrative experience and most importantly, that rare moment in our history when we have adequate fiscal resources which provides room for risky changes to status quo. And these clowns are sitting on their hands while mouthing insane stuff like Viksit Bharat. more

It will be wise not to think of any visible achievement now as most important tools are out of gear. Govt. may make big claim but nothing will get visible in public life in near future, except big publicity. The leader already plugged all points in his favour and people are left with very limited options that are truly ineffective now. Vikashit Bharat will remain a distant dream. more
Sri Rai, however angry you are with the present Government, in this forum of Local circles, certain modicum of decency should be observed. Your opening sentence is totally unacceptable. Kindly use more acceptable words to express your displeasure. Secondly, as Sri MM Mittal says I observe mostly negative posts nowadays. When you are posting such messages, suggest an appropriate solution too. This forum is part of our democratic rights (democracy BY the people) and not a griping medium. We have to learn to look at the positive side of things and try to suggest solutions for various problems. If we are unable to do such things, instead of sending such messages, let us stand for some election starting from municipal body. Of late, such negative posts are becoming the order of the day and I am tempted to leave My Circles totally. more
Sir, Have you got better suggestions. Please outline. Try to be part of the solution and not vice versa. more
