Clueless Delhi Transport Department

Saying they had earlier asked people living in the national capital to get their high-security registration plates and colour-coded stickers affixed on their vehicles "without any delay" as vehicles without HSRP would be fined from today. Delhiites can be fined ₹10,000, which is compoundable to ₹5,500 under the amended MV Act.

So in the middle of the pandemic we are supposed to figure this out so when we have an emergency to go to the doctor or hospital or chemist we dont get fined.

Why not deliver at home service via online ? What happened.

Fine me I will take you to court and you will loose. more

Reached till the appointment stage, although for home delivery option, that was chosen, why appointment! All the technicalities have been addressed till the hologram, and within the HSRP. This would perhaps help only in singling out the diesel vehicles. Good, as vehicles are now categorised according to fuel, and its pollution, that would be visible on sticker. more
For online registration, please consult the site: https://bookmyhsrp.com/Index.aspx ........and they will walk you through the entire process. Do keep your RC ready for entering the vehicle particulars. Just for information: Some URLs are circulating on WhatsApp too. I tried two of them, but never got any feedback thereafter. We bought our Honda car two years ago. Already at that time we were asked to get security registration plates and we were given the name and address of the supplier. The security Sticker we got yesterday, courtesy a friend who has a relative dealing with Honda vehicles. And yes, the traffic police are using "fair means or foul" in order to catch the baits. more
This is all Bullshit and NO use of this Plat except to collect huge amount for your Govt and coming election. more
