Cockroaches in grocery store

It is common to find cockroaches in grocery stores in India including chain stores. Saw one yesterday in 24X7 retail outlet in noida sector 41. What guidelines FSSAI is having to ensure atleast all chains follow food storage rules and basic hygiene levels. Can somehow various chains be invited to this circle by fssai so issues can be raised and addressed? more
