Code of Conduct for Parliamentarians

What happened in Parliament today is attached. Most pathetic scenes. If these guys cant behave properly they have no right to be inside the parliament.

Who we put in parliament is a also a subset of us and this is how we are as a society.

Few years ago lot of surveys were being done in circle to make parliament function effectively. Can localcircles take up this cause again and draw a code or conduct or rules for suspension from parliament for these Guys. Also if the party in power is violating norms, they should also be facing consequences.

Everyone please share your views. Feels very said watching these guys. What future do we have as a country if the elected and appointed dont have basic manners more

Law breakers are made law makers. Shame! more
Code of conduct is necessary to Lokha Sabha and Raj Sabha members. There must be some Controlling measures to curb bulling nature of members, such persons must disqualified under People's Representative Act, 1950. The same code of conduct should operate in Legislative Assembly. more
These people are not leaders, they are rascals of India. Marshals must be given more power to lift these rascals and put them in a 'Lock Up' room in Parliament for a day at least. Bloody shameless people. We common people arrange 'Tahali' for them & 'Ganjeri, Nasheri' Film Artists and both show their eyes at us after filling/over flowing their coffer. more
Such are Habituated since 2 Decades in Support of Congress, DMK etc Allies more
Law Makers and Law implementors (judiciary) make laws/rule®ulations for common man and not for themselves. The Parliament/Assemsblies have become virtually battle fields. Elected members act like Dons/goondas as majority of them are criminals or bad characters. Ethis are thrown in the dustbeen every now and then. There is need need to frame effective rules and code of conduct for all elected members as well as for Courts. There is maximum possible rot in these institutions. No body bothered to cleanse them during the last 50 years. For any misconduct/un-ethical act, there should be suspension atleast for 6 months for the 1st offence and dismissal for the 2nd offence. more
Leaving off the Way of Rule to Members of Houses setting aside Constitution Adopted by Constituent Assembly IS THE CAUSE OF ALL ILLFULL ISSUES IN Governance.
Constitution and IPC ARE THE DIRECTIVES TO GOVTS AND ELECTED MEMBERS SHALL NOT INVOLVE IN REGULATED SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE . They are to Confine to their Performance in LEGISLATURES more
