Coercion by state
So health workers in Maharashtra can take Covaxin or settle for no vaccine. And to take Covaxin they need to sign consent form and be part of Covaxin's "trial mode"

What a shame. The government has stooped to this level by making the health workers guinea pigs. Thanks for bringing this to our notice Seema and I agree with the three people's opinions, Bipin Desai, Mr. Nadkarni and the anonymous circle member. Local Circles Manager should bring this to the cabinet ministry and to the PM himself. This is not democracy. These are Chinese tactics! more

The problem with the Govt is they like to tap their own backs of imaginary success & achievements. It’s definitely a trial vaccine with terms & conditions., & without necessary approvals more

To blow their trumpet of creating own Vaccine Indian Govt seems to be using the citizens as test cases. Any trial conducted for drugs are backed by the acceptance of responsibility not sheding it by getting such documents signed and that too by the Health Workers who have spent the whole of 2020 trying to save the lives of millions.
