I don't think the resource is based on googling. On the contrary, Google says- " Human trials have shown that coffee actually increases brain, specifically memory, mood, energy level and reaction times. HAVING COFFEE IS A GREAT WAY TO GET UP AND GOING FOR THE DAY AND READY TO BEGIN YOUR WORK. The contents are madam Tina Venkat's illusion. However, I have met people who don't prefer to gulp coffee or tea on empty stomach and they take it with a couple of biscuits. If there is any apprehension of adverse effects, this may be adopted. more

This is just yr opinion . I always drink coffee on empty stomach without having any other items for Breakfast more  
I do not know whether these are your personal experiences or generallised symptoms downloaded from somewhere. A large section of people in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka take coffee first thing in the morning for decades and such symptoms have not been reported by a larg section. more
