Cohabitation can never be a Conjugation
Cohabitation is entirely and absolutely different from Conjugation. Cohabitation can not be construed as conjugation. And so, Cohabitation of any two of a particular Gender cannot be recognized as Conjugation , which is in other words, the Marriage . Such joining together shall not be given the status of a Marriage. The English word 'Marriage' though recognized as "Vivah"in the law reduced by Britishians, it shall be construed only as the Holy Ceremony in India which Rites take place between a Male and Female Gender. It is Universally ancient consensus having given Sanctity that Vivah, Marriage naturally held and carried between only Male and Female i.e., two opposite Genders .
Yesterday, a T.V. News revealed that the GOI consented for a Bill authorizing Cohabitation of two individuals of Same Gender whether only Males or only Females qualifying it as Marriage. If this is a real issue, such a Law qualifying such opted Cohabitation shall not be included in the orbit of Marriage and there is absolute need to preserve the Sanctity, Decency, Consensus and Secured concerns of Marriage [ Vivah ] and Family in India as well as a justified law in the Country .

Most others are just "LIVING IN THE PAST" !! This. NO DOUBT, IS HIGHLY REGRESSIVE AND REPROACHABLE AND THE CAUSE OF SO MUCH TURMOIL AND MISERY IN INDIAN SOCIETY. Thanks, Mr Panicker. I recently attended a school children's model UN conference, which included a simulated Lok Sabha session, and they were discussing the LGBT issue. The general consensus in the end was in favour of the community, including marriages. Mind it, these were children from grades V to XII. We really need to move on, in step with times. more

Shri.Sharma Garu,the greediness in society has driven on many fronts,which the society it self is unable to control.The results are creation of artificial gender less people in middle age. I have been unable to find a real context to provoke this discussion here and now, but since it is here now, let me say that I have always found even the thought of any undue intimacy between two males totally repulsive (oddly, or maybe not, not so for the female gender, which actually seems titillating), but in the context of the current discussion, I would say, LIVE AND LET LIVE. If it does not affect you in any way, let two consenting adults of either gender cohabit or even conjugate, why should it affect or bother me, especially in this age and day? Moreover, drifting against the current in never a good idea. A liberal approach is recommended. more

I just do not understand this. If two consenting adult males are living together in their own dwelling, how is it anybody's business what they are doing? What harmful effects? The media is currently replete with reports of rapes and sexual harassment, including with infants, babies and 80-year old women, as well as with daughters, sisters, and so on;can anything that you and I cannot see between two males have any worse effect than this? Why do we have to go and peep through their door to see what they are doing behind closed doors? I do not know about you, Mr M M Gupta, but at least I have no such interest, and I think I am going to be safe from any such ill effect that you talk about or imagine. more
