CoLive Rental Apartments scam

I stay in an apartment owned by a company called Colive, Bangalore in Doddanekundi. It's a copy of complaints I registered in National Consumer Grievance website.
//First they promised me that rent is inclusive of gst but when saw the bill it was exclusive.
They claims to do service in 10 days, it's been more than one month since the refrigerator isn't working even then they charged me charged us 7k in the name of service. It's not working till now.
They recently added 100-150rs saying it's bank convenience charge.
None of our queries are answered, no replies on email, there customer care says everything would be solved asap but nothing happens.
Wifi doesn't work at night.
We get electric shocks from washing machine, which when I raised they just sent me a template saying they will resolve it but nothing happened. Electricity bill comes in 1.8k and when we question they says we have to pay for the generator, which was never informed to us while joining.
They claims to provide sofa set, dining table and all, which I haven't got and when I took a chair, the manager told me that they don't claim to provide one. They claims to provide a lot and shows such a way in ads but nothing gets provided.
Multiple complaints on them saying they don't refund deposit.
After getting denied all these services and when I told them that I can't pay the rent before getting these services they started threatening me saying they ruin my cibil score.
Consumer forum is the only hope we have, I even contacted the company CEO but that went futile too. This company is a complete fraudulent one.
Multiple complaints against them in consumer forum ( https://www.consumercomplaints.in/bycompany/colive-a494788.html ) saying they won't redund deposit giving illogical reasons.
When there rent collection agent came, I told him clearly that I am ready to pay the rent, once they take of the extra charges but they says we aren't ready for it. They threatened that they are going to cut off electricity. They came and took the bed off now. Tried calling consumer helpline multiple times, it always say busy. more

They would never come to collect again. When theu asked for rent, I told them why should I pay rent for the services haven't got. After a long argument, they told we would deduct all the amount from deposit. more
You can file your grievances before consumer forum after service a notice and allowing 15 days time. more
Dear Cyril : Record ALL your grievances in WRITING first. Deliver the letter to the owners or their Agent and get an ack. Then, you hire a decent Advocate and send a lawyer's notice to them towards non compliance of agreed terms that put you to mental agony. Demand the refund of all your deposits and then serve them a notice for vacating the premises. If you just walk out, the owners would claim that you have run away without paying rent. " They may also claim that you have 'walked away' with some of their consumables ". SO - please stay calm and act wisely..!!.. more
File a complaint in consumer forum on the basis of documents available as 'Colive' is a service provider and your are a customer/client. There is no court fee and you yourself can argue the case. more
Did you mean the consumer helpline online grievance? I tried calling their toll free number in 1800114000 but always says busy. more
