I recently read that vendors who have supplied a load of stuff to askmebazaar and grocery have filed a case against askme with economic offenses wing of delhi police.

can/does this wing play a role in collection of old outstanding money where the customer has taken goods and simply not paying also? more

I would like to know the process of booking a case online against bookmyoffer of Gurgaon since they are also into online fraud. They supplied a bad material different from one ordered and also different from invoice. Do not respond to any calls. Please guide on the process to file complaint online. more

Economic offences wing will only investigate cases wherein there is cheating, fraud and commission of other criminal offences. They will not entertain complaints/grievance which is of civil or contractual nature. more

Mr Naveen Goel is quite justified. The drum beats both ways. I hope the Consumer forum can help, such small start ups are like consumers too, they need fair treatment. more
