Common passage parking shed erection (ashoka encl)
we have 444 sq yd plot with 2 flats on GF & FF & 1 flat on SF . as per approved plan of building there is open parking for cars in plot common passage area . now FF & SF would like to make shed on these parking where being FF my fenced parking is outside plot allocated & having small (FF back side )front balcony I have an objection on this to prevent common causes reqd for all . Can they build shed on that as per building bye laws , if not having any refer legal case no. more
