2. Our religious saints are not willing to work together to eradicate the Communal and Religious fight in the name of GOD

5. Job reservations based on cast and creeds
6. Root cause is ignorance and a lack of analytical mind set
7. A lot of times media fuels communalism in India by upholding issue of particular religion over the integrity of nation
8. Caste is fully made important because of non-availability of seats and opportunities
9. Illiteracy and lack of proper education is a major cause of communalism
10. People who are caught as the main accused for creating communal violence are not given strict punishment
11. Communalism surges because people of various communities have superiority complex in them to the extent of chauvinism.
